Outcomes of Extracorporeal Life Support Use in Accidental Hypothermia: A Systematic Review.
CONCLUSIONS: ECLS is a viable cardiac support option for rewarming patients with accidental hypothermia, while initial potassium level, initial body temperature and ECLS rewarming rate appear to be significantly associated with survival.
