Sleep HAPi: A Feasibility and Descriptive Analysis of an Early and Longitudinal Sleep Education Intervention for Pregnant Women.

CONCLUSIONS: This sleep education program appears feasible, acceptable and may be effective in minimizing depressive symptoms in pregnant women with a history of depression.
