REVERT the diagnosis - Modified Valsalva manoeuvre as a method to differentiate supraventricular tachycardia from atrial flutter

A 77-year-old female patient went to the family physician complaining of palpitations, which she had been experiencing for approximately 12  h. She also felt fatigue after walking short distances. She did not complain of chest pain.
