Re: Association between opioid use after intrapartum cesarean delivery and repeat cesarean delivery: a retrospective cohort study

We read with interest the article by Shatil et al. recently published in the journal.1 The authors conducted a retrospective cohort study to compare the postoperative opioid requirements in patients after their first intrapartum cesarean delivery with those who were having a secondary (or greater) cesarean delivery following a trial of labor after cesarean (TOLAC).
