Comparison of Treatment Outcomes after Collagenase Injection and Percutaneous Needle Fasciotomy for Dupuytren’s Contracture: Objective and Subjective Comparisons with a 3-Year Follow-Up

Conclusions: The collagenase clostridium histolyticum and percutaneous needle fasciotomy groups had similar outcomes for Dupuytren’s contracture with 3 years’ follow-up. Recurrences were frequent among patients with stage II proximal interphalangeal joint contractures.
