Alteration in faecal bile acids, gut microbial composition and diversity after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
CONCLUSION: LSG is associated with a reduction in faecal bile acids and greater abundance of specific bacterial taxa and α-diversity that may contribute to the metabolic changes.
