Arterial ‐level repair of transposition of great arteries without coronary artery transfer

We report a case of D‐TGA with a large subpulmonic ventricular septal defect, IAA, and hypoplastic ascending aorta that underwent successful biventricular surgical repair without coronary artery transfer.
