A triplanar osteotomy technique in arthroscopy-assisted ankle mosaicplasty.
CONCLUSION: With the triplanar osteotomy technique described here, potential shift complications can be reduced to a minimum. As only the lesion region is targeted, the osteochondral surface formed by the fracture is much less.
