UKCAT for non UK citizen

Top of the day to you, ladies and gents. My name is David and, unfortunately, I live in Lithuania. Although Lithuania is in the EU, I decided that it would truly be amazing to study over the border in the UK. I am finishing school next year. Only recently have I started looking for info about the enrollment and, as far as I can see, almost all free medical universities are in Scotland. In fact, I'd love to get into the University of Dundee or Glasgow, but, apparently, both of them need me to sit the UKCAT. Now the thing is, I am not a native speaker. What that means is that, although my English is not that bad, i guess I still fall behind the native English students. Also, I have only basic knowledge of math terms in English, as I was learning math in my native language. Now I'll cut the intro and get straight to the question: is it possible for me to get the grades as high as the English students get? I can read fine in English (I've even read "Hamlet" with little trouble) and my math is quite above average, but is it really possible to get the good grades? Also, will I be rated just like the English students, or the universities cut some slack to the students from overseas?
