Public and private non-profit organizations meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to provide a three-week, U.S.-based journalism exchange program during the period from September 2013 – August 2014 for ten Iraqi journalists. The administrative services would include placement, travel and logistics, program design and implementation, interpretation, monitoring and evaluation.
