They are determined to be strobilol N (1), strobilol O (2), strobilol P (3), strobilol E (4) and stereumin D (5) based on the spectral data. Compounds 1-3 are new metabolites. Compound 1 was active against nematode Caenorhabditiselegans with the mortality 75.8 % at 200 μg/ml in 36 h. This is the first report about the chemical constituents of fungus Stereum gausapatum.Graphical abstractThree new metabolites, strobilol N (1), strobilol O (2), strobilol P (3) were isolated from the fungus Stereum gausapatum ATCC60954.
