Go for post-doc, or accepting the foreign medical school offer?

Hey all, I would like to share my current dilemma to you to see what advices can you give me. I have applied medical schools in the UK as well as a very good medical school oversea. However, as I did not do well in my UKCAT and BMAT, as they coincide with the time when I was hectically writing my PhD thesis, I did not get a single interview offer from here. However, to much surprise I did get an interview offer from the oversea medical school, and to even more of my surprise I have got an offer from them. However, since I have received this offer last month I have been in very serious confusion and have been losing sleeps the last few weeks about making this decision whether to take this offer or not. I have analysed that the pros to take up this offer is that 1) I will be doing medicine, 2) it will be closer to home from where my family located (although myself is based in UK at the moment). But since then I have been reading up about lives about being a doctor from other doctors, the length it takes, the responsibility one has to hold, i start getting cold-feet about it. Though I have done some work experience shadowing doctors (3-4 weeks in total), I do not think that has totally given me very good ideas about being a doctor (and I think it's never easy to be 100% sure until you get to become one).
