Initial Experience with a New Quantitative Assessment Tool for Fluorescent Imaging In Peripheral Artery Disease
Introduction - Reliable perioperative/ -interventional evaluation is often limited by wounds, medial calcinosis or altered collateral supply of the foot. Especially, objective combined visual and quantitative assessment might be helpful for intra- and perioperative quality control. Aim of the study was to investigate Indocyanine green fluorescent imaging (ICG-FI) combined with a new tool for quantitative assessment to evaluate tissue perfusion of the foot before and after peripheral bypass grafting.
