He explains that in order for us to consume AI, we will have to develop the proper infrastructure. By which he means we need to think up ways for us human rads to interface with the machines. Only then can AI truly ASSIST us, he says. He acknowledges that it will be hard. I'd go on a tangent and say Why bother? Why do we keep looking at this as though we will be overseeing AI. Don't you think it'd be redundant? I mean we'd be doing the same damn thing. Even worse, it might be a case of the idiot supervising the master. A more likely scenario is where we do different jobs. For instance AI does the screenings while we do the diagnostics, like Hospital-rad said in the other thread. Over time though AI will take on more roles. In essence AI will REPLACE us. Finding ways for us to "interact" is like exercise in superfluous. It's also unwieldy. The path of least resistance is to just let it do our job. Now mind you, I'm not advocating for this. All I'm saying is that it'd be much easier to just let it do it than to think up ways for i...
