Poor compliance with post-vasectomy semen testing: analysis of factors and barriers

To ensure procedure success, American Urological Association Guidelines recommend post-vasectomy semen analysis; however, current literature suggests poor compliance. We sought to measure post-vasectomy semen analysis compliance and assess barriers to completion.
