Endoscopic Saphenous Vein Harvest, a Viable Bypass Conduit in Distal Revascularization Interval Ligation (DRIL)

Endoscopic saphenous vein harvest (ESVH) is widely accepted for use in coronary artery bypass grafting; however, its performance in peripheral arterial bypass has been debated. ESVH for brachial-brachial artery bypass as part of distal revascularization interval ligation (DRIL) has not previously been reported. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of ESVH for DRIL in the treatment of access-related hand ischemia (ARHI).
