Incidental thyroid lesions identified by ultrasound in patients with non-thyroidal head and neck cancer.

CONCLUSION: Screening of the thyroid gland should be included in the preoperative US examination for cervical lymph node metastases in patients with non-thyroidal head and neck cancer.
