This study was part of ESPaCe, a national survey aimed at documenting the views of individuals with cerebral palsy and their families regarding MR services via a questionnaire, developed by a multidisciplinary group. The ESPaCe questionnaire included the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ-8), whose total score was the primary outcome of this study. Survey participation was promoted nation-wide. CONCLUSION: Despite a significantly greater improvement in hand and arm function in favour of motion-controlled commercial video games, the results of this review should be interpreted with caution with regards to high risk of bias and the low strength of evidence. There is a need for high-powered studies on the effectiveness of training with motion-controlled commercial video games for persons with cerebral palsy, especially in adults. ConclusionsThis study indicates that C7 nerve transfer surgery for improving upper limb function can also affect muscle properties of lower limb in spastic hemiplegia patients, which reveals a link between the upper and lower limbs. The interlimb interactions should be considered in rehabilitation physiotherapy, and the regular pattern and mechanism need to be further studied.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Vojta approach on abdominal muscles and gait in children with spastic CP.
