1.29 assessing the concurrent validity of impairment rating scale (irs) and promis parent scale – global health 7 to measure global health and overall impairment in children and adolescents diagnosed with asd

The goal of this session is to obtain preliminary evidence to support the concurrent validity of the Impairment Rating Scale (IRS) and PROMIS ® Parent Proxy Scale version—Global Health 7 (PROMIS® GH-7) measures in participants ages 5–17 years with a diagnosis of ASD. We hypothesized that more severe ASD, as measured by the Social Responsiveness Scale, Second Edition (SRS-2), would be associated with higher scores on the IRS and lowe r scores on the PROMIS® GH-7.
