Strategy of training in robotic vascular surgery
Robotic vascular surgery is a mini-invasive alternative for the treatment of aortoiliac pathologies, avoiding the difficult training of laparoscopic vascular surgery. Training on simulator and pelvi-trainer exist, but no training program was described. The aim of this study was to evaluate a strategy of formation to the standardized robotic vascular surgery for a vascular team without experience in laparoscopic surgery.
