A New Prognostic Factor of Breast Cancer: High Carboxyl Ester Lipase Expression related to Poor Survival

Breast cancer is a common disease which morbidity and mortality rates have been rising over the past 50 years [1]. At present, the treatment of breast cancer is comprehensive and guided by tissue factors which includes tumor size, lymph node status, histological classification, and molecular classification [2]. The diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer are also in the process of continuous development and improvement. In general, breast cancer has the best proven markers, including ER, PR, HER-2 [1].
