Osimertinib in first-line treatment of advanced EGFR-mutated non-small-cell lung cancer: a cost-effectiveness analysis.
Conclusion: Osimertinib was more effective in terms of QALYs gained than comparators (erlotinib-gefitinib). However, to obtain a cost-effectiveness alternative, a discount greater than 60% in osimertinib acquisition cost is required.
