ConclusionsThe structural variation of the prostatic urethra within the prostate reflected by RPVL showed correlation with the degree of LUTS, with a tendency toward increasing prostatic urethra in obstructive and decreasing prostatic urethra in irritative symptoms, in men with a relatively large prostate.
