A bad night's sleep affects 'good' sleepers more and makes them more likely to eat more food
Sleep disorders have been linked to obesity in previous studies. But this study, by researchers in Rome, found people with symptoms of insomnia ate less than 'good' sleepers after only five hours sleep.
