Pyogenic granuloma after a non-sutured transconjunctival blepharoplasty in the lower eyelid

We describe two cases of uncommon pyogenic granuloma occurring after lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty, with no suture and alert ophthalmologists and oculoplastic surgeons to the possibility of encountering and treating these lesions.Level of Evidence: Level V, therapeutic/diagnostic study.
