Illinois professor validates antimicrobial properties of Illinois company's cutting boards

(University of Illinois College of Engineering) University of Illinois researcher Nenad Miljkovic and his research group have collaborated with John Boos& Co. to validate the antimicrobial efficacy of the company's proprietary cutting boards and companion board oil and cream.
