Reoperation for Urinary Incontinence After Retropubic and Transobturator Sling Procedures.

CONCLUSION: Women with primary SUI treated with a retropubic sling procedure have significantly lower cumulative incidence of reoperation for recurrent SUI compared with women who were treated with a transobturator sling procedure.
