Examining implant superiority in the treatment of simple pertrochanteric fractures of the proximal femur in elderly patients.

CONCLUSION: Our findings demonstrated that although PFNA was superior with regard to the perioperative data, DHS and PCCP were superior in maintaining the reduction and the abductor muscle strenght.
