newly pharmD graduate, what's next?

i'm a newly PharmD graduate from Iran with enormous interests IT and Management and economic. currently i'm in son kind of confusion regarding me next move in my career. i don't like to work in a comunity pharmacy /retailers . no body ( peoples, doctors, technicians respect you as a part of healthcare system. i'm so what interested in hospital and pharmaceutical works. i worked for a healthcare startup for a while and had many offers to join pharmaceutical companies. my thesis was in a... newly pharmD graduate, what's next?
