When is the best time for us to have children?

I'm 22 and my boyfriend is 26, we've been together for five years and are starting to plan when we want to get married/have kids/etc. Neither of us are ready yet but we just want to get things figured out. We're in the US by the way, but this seemed like a good forum to ask my question. I'm a premed and he's a psychology major. I will be entering medical school in 2016 (I figured out late that I want to be a doctor and still have a lot of prereqs left) and he'll be entering graduate school in 2015 or 2016 (he took a few years off before going to college). So by the time we graduate I'll be 30 and he'll be 34, then I have 4 years of residency and he has 3 years of internship, so when we're both completely ready to begin our careers I'll be 34 and he'll be 35-38, depending on how fast he can get done. We want 2-3 kids and feel that's a bit late to start, and I have family history of endometriosis so it is possible I will have a hard time getting pregnant so I need some time. I just need some opinions on when the best time for us to have kids would be.. I wouldn't mind having kids before med school since I'll be 25, but I imagine that will be impossible since we'll be attending demanding schools at the same time and not have money for childcare. Any advice/suggestions? Nothing rude please, this is a sensitive and stressful issue for me :)
