Numerous ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles with a size less than 5 nm are evenly distributed on the surface of Ti3C2Tx nanosheet. The ZnFe2O4/Ti3C2Tx as an anode exhibits a high reversible capacity of 436 mAh g-1, which is higher than that of Ti3C2Tx nanosheet and ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles after 100 cycles. The good electrochemical result is dependent on the synergistic effect of small sized ZnFe2O4 with high capacity and layered Ti3C2Tx nanosheet with high conductivity.
