Single-center experience with the new generation Derivo Embolization Device in ruptured dissecting and blister aneurysms.

CONCLUSION: Endovascular treatment with the Derivo in ruptured dissecting and blister aneurysms revealed a sufficient initial division of aneurysms from the circulation without rebleeding.
