Correspondence: Comparison of pediatric post-reduction fluoroscopic- and ultrasound forearm fracture images

We appreciate the interest in our manuscript, which highlights a role for point of care ultrasound (POCUS) in pediatric forearm fracture care when fluoroscopy is not available [1]. We believe our limitations are well described and have taken care not to overstate our findings. Specifically, we have highlighted that a single sonographer obtained all ultrasound images, which limits generalizability to other providers with different levels of experience. The importance of reproducibility between different observers within a study reporting a diagnostic test has been well described [2].
