Attorney General Rosenblum sues Sackler family over role in opioid epidemic
Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum on Thursday filed a new lawsuit against Purdue Pharma that names the Sackler family, the company ’s owners.
The new complaint alleges that eight family members stand atop a pharmaceutical enterprise that is “dedicated to manufacturing, marketing and promoting deadly opioid narcotics and hiding the profits."
