Reply to the Editor — Augmenting speed of conduction to improve CRT

We appreciate the constructive comments on our article. It has been reported that scar pacing should be avoided in order to obtain a better cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) response.1 In addition, we concluded that a left ventricular (LV) pacing site with a long S-QRS interval, which may reflect local conduction disturbance due to diseased myocardium, should be avoided.
