Menopausal women's needs at work will be described drawing upon a recent qualitative study addressing the question: ‘What do working menopausal women want?’ (Hardy, Griffiths, Hunter 2017 Maturitas). Following this the development and evaluation of two interventions, that aim to meet the needs of working menopausal women, will be described:
