Large Sinonasal Schwannoma with Skull Base Defect: A Case Report

AbstractUnilateral sinonasal masses account for 6% of all paranasal sinus pathologies. We are reporting a case of nasoethmoidal schwannoma with a large skull base defect. The lesion was removed endoscopically along with repair of the defect. We are highlighting the challenges faced in diagnosis and mangement of this case with an emphasis that these tumours should be considered as one of the differential diagnosis in presence of a unilateral nasal mass.
