In this manuscript, it was reported on the observation of ferromagnetism in Ti-doped BP synthesized by high pressure method. Clear hysteresis loops were observed at room temperature. The Curie temperature was deduced to be 130-140 K. Transport studies showed us temperature dependent positive-to-negative magnetoresistance (MR) transition with the 40% MR effect at 30 K under the magnetic field of 50 kOe.
