Abstract
BACKGROUND: Deep neck space abscesses are an uncommon but life-threatening emergency presentation to the ENT surgeon because of potential acute airway compromise.
OBJECTIVE: This paper presents a novel case of a palatine tonsillar, low-flow, lymphovenous malformation pre-disposing to multifocal deep neck space collections and resultant acute airway compromise.
