Usefulness of prone cross-table lateral radiographs in vertebral compression fractures.

CONCLUSIONS: In comparison with StLR, the PrLR was more accurate in predicting the degree of restoration of postoperative vertebral heights and wedge angles, and provoked less pain during examination.
