Effects of Intraoperative Fluid Management on Postoperative Outcomes following Lobectomy.

CONCLUSIONS: In patients undergoing minimally invasive lobectomy, the infusion rates of intraoperative total fluid and intraoperative colloid were all significantly associated with postoperative pulmonary complications. Both restrictive and liberal intraoperative fluid administration were related to adverse effects on postoperative outcomes.
