State rejects all applications to grow medical marijuana for research
The Pennsylvania Department of Health has rejected all eight applications to grow, process and dispense medical marijuana, according to a report from WESA radio. The report said that six of the applications were incomplete and two did not meet the minimum standards.
The news comes as a group of commercial growers, processors and dispensaries have filed a lawsuit saying the application process is unfair.
