Efficacy and safety of pioglitazone plus phototherapy vs. phototherapy in patients with plaque type psoriasis: a double blinded randomized controlled trial.

CONCLUSION: Pioglitazone can vastly enhance the effectiveness of phototherapy in plaque psoriasis patients without causing any important adverse effect and with no success in improving the score of DLQI.
