The analysis of negative birth experiences of mothers: a qualitative study.

CONCLUSION: The sociocultural characteristics of mothers, hospital facilities and rules, medical and traditional practices at birth, inadequate empathic communication of health professionals and reproductive health policies can lead to negative childbirth experiences.
