$14M memory care center coming to Blue Ash
Construction has begun on a $14 million nursing home in Blue Ash, which would care for up to 66 private-pay residents with Alzheimer ’s disease or dementia.
The three-story Serene Suites Memory Care facility being built on 2.8 acres at 9856 Redhill Drive will encompass about 53,000 square feet.
Construction will cost $9.5 million, with land acquisition, equipment and furnishings accounting for the remainder, said owner/deve loper Jagdish Bhati, CEO of Serene Suites.
