High thermoelectric performance of one graphene nanoribbon with line defects

It is found that when two semi-infinite line defects exist in the nanoribbon, notable Fano antiresonance takes place in the quantum transport process, which enables to drive the apparent thermoelectric effect. We propose this structure to be a promising candidate for improving the thermoelectric efficiency based on graphene nanoribbons.
