Conclusions: Arthroscopy-assisted fixation of unstable displaced distal clavicle fractures demonstrates improved functional outcomes and high patient satisfaction. This construct avoids many of the previously reported complications associated with other methods of fixation, while minimizing the amount of soft tissue dissection.
