Hormone-based immunosuppression therapy is the common treatment, but with severe side effects. Hence, non-hormone or low-hormone therapies may be another option. Here we report a case of a MPA patient, who was first diagnosed MPA at the age of 56, experienced a number of recurrences from 63 to 70 that were successfully controlled by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) alone or with low-dose hormone.
