Experts band together to eradicate prostate cancer

(Monash University) A multidisciplinary consortium has developed a more accurate way to test new treatments for the most aggressive form of prostate cancer. Just as exotic plants are grown in greenhouses, these complex tumors are able to be kept alive in the lab, enabling researchers to test the efficacy of a variety of drug combinations efficiently than ever before.
