Proximal Iliotibial Band Enthesopathy in a Runner: A Case Report

We report a case of a 38 year-old female recreational runner with progressive lateral hip pain and MRI findings of edema along the gluteal aponeurotic fascia and origin of the tensor fascia lata muscle consistent with the diagnosis of enthesopathy of the proximal iliotibial band.
